Returns and Refunds - Important Information

Your happiness is my number one priority.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your ChefJewelry, please get in touch right away. 

You may return your new, unworn ChefJewelry within 14 days of delivery..  Please get in touch to receive return information---you must receive approval for the return before you send it back.  

I do not refund unapproved returns.  If you refuse delivery of your item from overseas I will not refund your shipping costs.   

International buyers, please be aware that there might be customs duties and tariffs upon arrival in your country.  These are your responsibility.  I am sorry, but there is nothing I can do about this.

You will be responsible for return shipping, unless the item was damaged in transit or is defective, in which case I will send a return label.  A picture of the damaged unopened package and jewelry will be required.

Custom orders are not returnable.

Gifts can be exchanged.  If they are returned, the refund will go to the original purchaser, who will become aware of the return.

If tracking shows your order has been delivered but you do not have it, you will need to contact the post office to acquire the GPS location of delivery.  If your item has been stolen, you will need to contact the police.
